凤凰卫视纪录片《最后的慰安妇幸存者》获2023纽约国际电视电影节最佳纪录片银奖

2023年4月18日，纽约当地时间下午六点，在刚刚闭幕的2023年纽约国际电视电影节上，由凤凰卫视导演傅托执导的《凤凰聚焦——最后的慰安妇幸存者》从来自世界各国的一千多部优秀参赛作品中脱颖而出，获得了人权类纪录片竞赛单元银奖。这是该纪录片在凤凰卫视播出以后收获的第二个国际国内奖项。

2022年，登记在册的“慰安妇”制度幸存者在中国大陆仅剩16名。当年在湖南新确认了3名“慰安妇”受害者，他们的平均年龄在90岁以上。这些老人的共同点是，从来没有对外界说起过自己的故事，也拒绝了几乎是所有的采访请求。

眼看这段历史就要被时间所湮灭，傅托导演和纪录片摄制组经过两个多月的辗转努力，独家联系并采访到了这些老人。从雷金二老人的葬礼开始，凤凰卫视摄制组一点点深入受害者老人的内心世界，最终得以打开了他们的话匣子，揭开一个又一个悲伤的故事。

雷金莲是雷金二的妹妹，她第一次向外界说起自己的遭遇。彭竹英是日军“毒气弹”/“慰安妇”制度的双重受害者，她在纪录片中首次提出了想要追究日本政府责任的要求。

易具莲、沈美英（化名）、欧阳莲（化名）三位老人，是近两年新确认的“慰安妇”受害者，他们不同程度地都受到了“慰安妇”制度的摧残，易具莲身体欠佳，沈美英终生未嫁，欧阳莲至今怕见生人。

他们的存在，他们曾经的生命体验，他们破碎的心灵和难以弥合的伤疤，就是对那段历史最好的见证。本片抢救式采访了多位慰安妇幸存者，其中很多是独家采访，用镜头为那段不能忘记的历史留下了珍贵的资料。节目播出后在网络上引起巨大反响。

在颁奖仪式上，傅托导演发表获奖感言，他表示了对摄制组的感谢。摄制组的摄影师李为、李招进，王涵，雷蕾，通过近半年的拍摄，与老人们逐渐形成了融洽的关系。在后期制作过程中，制片人何冀宁、助理导演张萌、朱一伊，与导演一起在海量素材中寻找到了真相。在台长赵微女士的指导下，圆满完成了制作。傅托在感言中表示，要将本奖项献给那些在二战中幸存下来的慰安妇受害者们，并希望更多的人们关注这些已经是耄耋之年的受害者。傅托导演希望在凤凰卫视的媒介平台上，能创作并拍摄出更多具有历史性意义的作品。

纽约国际电影电视节颁奖典礼被视为全球电影电视界，最具国际视野的竞赛之一。每年吸引来自世界各地的广告片、电台节目、电视节目和电影参赛，自1990年起更与联合国公共信息部设立联合国特别奖项。

The Phoenix TV documentary "The Last Comfort Women Survivors" won the Silver Award for Best Documentary at the 2023 New York International Television and Film Festival.

On April 18, 2023, at 6 p.m. local time in New York, at the just-concluded 2023 New York International Television and Film Festival, "Phoenix Focus - The Last Comfort Women Survivors," directed by Fu Tuo of Phoenix TV, stood out from over a thousand excellent entries from around the world and won the Silver Award in the Human Rights Documentary Competition. This is the second national and international award that the documentary has received since its broadcast on Phoenix TV.

In 2022, there were only 16 registered survivors of the "comfort women" system left in mainland China. That year, three new "comfort women" victims were confirmed in Hunan, their average age being over 90. What these elderly people have in common is that they have never told their stories to the outside world and have declined almost all interview requests.

Seeing that this piece of history was about to be erased by time, Director Fu Tuo and the documentary film crew, after more than two months of relentless effort, managed to exclusively contact and interview these elderly individuals. Starting from the funeral of Elder Lei Jin'er, the Phoenix TV crew gradually delved into the inner world of the elderly victims, eventually succeeding in opening their hearts to reveal one heartbreaking story after another.

Lei Jinlian is Lei Jin'er's sister, and for the first time, she spoke out about her own experiences to the outside world. Peng Zhuying is a dual victim of the Japanese army's "poison gas bombs" and the "comfort women" system, and for the first time in the documentary, she expressed her desire to hold the Japanese government accountable.

As this part of history was on the verge of being forgotten with time, Director Fu Tuo and the documentary crew put in over two months of continuous effort to exclusively contact and interview these elderly individuals. Starting from the funeral of Elder Lei Jin'er, the Phoenix TV crew gradually delved into the inner world of the elderly victims. Eventually, they succeeded in opening their hearts, revealing one heartbreaking story after another.

Yi Julian, Shen Meiying (pseudonym), and Ouyang Lian (pseudonym) are three elderly women who have been newly identified as "comfort women" victims in recent years. They have all suffered to varying degrees from the atrocities of the "comfort women" system. Yi Julian is in poor health, Shen Meiying has remained unmarried all her life, and Ouyang Lian is still afraid of seeing strangers.

Their existence, their past life experiences, their shattered spirits, and their unhealable scars are the best testament to that period of history. This film conducted emergency-style interviews with many comfort women survivors, many of which were exclusive interviews, capturing precious material of that unforgettable period of history with the lens. The program caused a huge response on the internet after it was broadcast.

At the awards ceremony, Director Fu Tuo delivered an acceptance speech in which he expressed gratitude to the film crew. The photographers Li Wei, Li Zhaojin, Wang Han, and Lei Lei, through nearly half a year of filming, gradually formed a harmonious relationship with the elderly subjects. During the post-production process, producer He Jining, assistant directors Zhang Meng and Zhu Yiyi, together with the director, found the truth amid a vast amount of material. Under the guidance of station manager Ms. Zhao Wei, the production was successfully completed. In his speech, Fu Tuo dedicated the award to the comfort women survivors of WWII, expressing his hope that more people will pay attention to these victims, who are now of a venerable age. Director Fu Tuo hopes to create and film more works of historical significance on the Phoenix TV platform.
